- Families begin with a detailed Family WELLTH Assessment, followed by one-on-one sessions with each family member to identify strengths, challenges, and relational goals.
Phase 2: Coaching and Skill Building
- Families engage in regular coaching sessions (weekly or bi-weekly) focused on core relational skills, resilience-building, and communication. This phase also includes targeted workshops, such as conflict resolution, boundary-setting, and empathetic listening.
Phase 3: Integration and Application
- Monthly Family WELLTH Reviews are implemented to assess progress, make adjustments, and apply skills to real-life situations. Families also set short-term goals aligned with their growth plan, fostering continuous improvement.
Phase 4: Renewal and Resilience Retreat
- The program culminates in an annual retreat where families can celebrate their progress, reconnect, and refresh their skills in a supportive environment.
