Can you please add me to your mailing list. I have been searching for parenting content/advice just like this for so long. Raising 3 awesome kids as a newly single mom. Trying to be as intentional as I possibly can in putting an end to the cycle of generations of family trauma caused by addiction, narcissistic family dynamic and spiritual, physiological and emotional abuse. I got out, but trying to navigate raising my kids to recognize patterns, their worth and to ultimately feel so loved (in the most pure & healthy way) that they will know when they are being mistreated and have the skills to establish boundaries and stand up for themselves.
